Summary:

Rusalka originally hails from the farmlands in the east, but has lived in Maratha more than long enough to be citified. Graduating at the age of 20, she's now been an assistant to Peter for three years. Her field of interest, as absorbed from her mentor, is the Tainted: just what taint does to a person, and more importantly, how to arrest or reverse the process. Her greatest expertise is with diagnostic spells — scrying, ferreting out information from beneath the surface, recognizing and collating patterns.
