For most characters — those without any magical heritage, or mages/tainted of levels 0 through 2 — simply log onto the MUCK, enter '@request', fill out the fields, and create your character. Then progress through the chargen rooms until you have all your info set, ask the admin to look it over, and once you're approved, you're good to go. These characters will generally not need more than a page of info in any list, and usually less, unless you app something unusual.
For characters of level 3 or 4, please get admin approval for your idea before requesting the character and progressing through chargen. Such characters can only be applied for by players who already have an existing, active character on the game.
For adoptables, it is recommended you speak to the appropriate contact person before applying. If no contact is specified, then go ahead and create the character as above.
