One good way to get ahold of the admin is on the MUCK itself, via mail or page.

There's also the forums on this site as a means for contacting admin, but you have to at least have a Wikidot account to make posts; posting on some boards is restricted to site members.

And, last but far from least, there's always the game email account: moc.liamg|kcumahtaram#moc.liamg|kcumahtaram
Some official communications (e.g. plot synopses) have to go this route.
